Steve Zwierzynski
PARTNER
Steve advises general and specialty contractors on contract review, bid protests, claims negotiation and litigation. His more than 30 years of experience includes public and private projects involving schools, hospitals, office buildings, technology facilities, and industrial and commercial construction.
His practice also includes mediation and arbitration of construction and real estate matters.
Dan Gragg
PARTNER
Dan represents contractors, owners, developers, design professionals and suppliers in construction and design law, public contracting, and related contract and commercial disputes. His work includes contract formation, bid protests, payment and bond claims, construction liens, defects and claims resolution. Dan also serves as a mediator and arbitrator in construction and commercial disputes.
With the firm since 1997, his experience includes major public facilities, transportation and infrastructure projects, industrial facilities, and commercial and residential development. He is a frequent industry speaker, a contributing author of Construction Law in Oregon, and a former chair of the Oregon State Bar Construction Law Section.
Sherri Martinelli

Sherri represents owners, developers, contractors, design professionals and sureties in construction and real estate matters. Her work includes contract formation and performance, litigation, public contracts, insurance issues, and delay and defect claims.
She advises clients on legal issues arising before, during and after project completion.
Josh Copeland
Associate
Josh advises owners, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on construction, public contracting and related commercial disputes. His work includes contract negotiation, payment and delay claims, and litigation.
His experience in private practice and as in-house counsel for a general contractor informs a practical approach to clients’ contractual obligations, business priorities and dispute resolution.
